RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Changes

As long as it’s within one day (24 hours) of placing your order, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged  Items

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days

Return and exchange your items within fourteen days after receiving your order.。

We’re not responsible for prescriptions that are incorrect due to the customer providing inaccurate prescriptions or pupillary distance (PD) measurements, or any other inaccurate information.

Cancellations/Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us for return validation within 14 days after delivery, we will provide a return shipping address after validation. Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (cases and cloths etc.).If you return, please email to get your address through customer service

When you do return any glasses we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original order as soon as we received the parcel.

All brand-new glasses can be returned for refund. But there is refund amount difference between prescription glasses and non-prescription glasses. You'll get full refund of non-prescription glasses. Due to the specialized nature of prescription lenses and blue light blocking lenses, customized lenses are non-refundable. We’re not responsible for prescriptions that are incorrect due to the customer providing inaccurate prescriptions or pupillary distance (PD) measurements, or any other inaccurate information.


All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
